PriMus NEXT GENERATION

PriMus NEXT GENERATION by ACCA software S.p.A. is a modern construction cost estimating and quantity surveying solution. It enables designers, estimators, and contractors to produce accurate bills of quantities, cost plans, and price lists; manage change orders and work progress; and maintain full cost control from early design through procurement and delivery. Built for both traditional and BIM-based workflows, it connects model data to costs to deliver reliable 5D insights.

The platform offers an intuitive, high‑performance workspace for structuring BoQs, organizing measurement sheets, reusing catalogs, and generating clear, audit‑ready reports. Interoperability with industry formats and integration with ACCA’s usBIM ecosystem support smooth data exchange, coordination, and collaboration—whether working from 2D drawings, 3D models, or existing spreadsheets.

Key highlights:

• BIM‑ready estimating with model/IFC linkage for 5D cost analysis
• Fast creation and management of BoQs, price lists, and measurement sheets
• Consistent cost breakdowns with automatic calculations and updates
• Templates, libraries, and reusable items to speed up estimating
• Comprehensive reporting with customizable layouts and exports
• Collaboration tools for sharing, review, and version traceability
• Support for multiple currencies, units, and local practices

Focused on accuracy, transparency, and speed, PriMus NEXT GENERATION streamlines estimating and cost control, reduces risk, and helps project teams make better decisions throughout the construction lifecycle.
